On the ground floor of Palazzo Lanfranchi, new rooms dedicated to two great masters of the 20th century have been inaugurated: Carlo Levi (Turin, 1902 – Rome, 1975) and Luigi Guerricchio (Matera, 1932-1996). Special attention is given to Levi’s large canvas, Lucania ’61, which has been rearranged to make it more accessible and easier for the public to understand.

Petrucci srl created the furnishings for the new ticket office and bookshop, all the partition walls for the exhibition rooms on the ground and first floors, and the structure that houses Lucania ’61.
